PhotoShow is an add-in tool for Microsoft PowerPoint that allows you to automatically import digital photographs to your presentation. You simply select the image files that you would like to import to your presentation and PhotoShow automatically creates a slide for each photograph you want to import to your presentation. PhotoShow allows you to save time by instantly importing digital images into slides and you do not need to insert a new slide for every photograph that you want to add. Once you have imported the digital photographs into your presentation, you can use the Slide Sorter view to rearrange your photographs slides and add transition effects. Also you can use the Outline view to add titles to each slide or photograph.
System Requirements
The system requirements for PhotoShow are that you need PowerPoint 2000 or higher on Microsoft Windows platform. PhotoShow does not work on version lesser than PowerPoint 2000.
Installation
The PhotoShow software is available at, http://www.bitbetter.com/photoshow.htm. To install PhotoShow:
1. Download the PhotoShow.zip file available at, http://www.bitbetter.com/photoshow.htm.
2. Unzip the PhotoShow.zip file and run the AddInstaller.exe le. This will run the PhotoShow installer and install PhotoShow on your computer.
Implementation
After you have installed the PhotoShow add-in, a new menu option or command appears on Microsoft PowerPoint Tools menu. This command is called PhotoShow. You can use this command to add photo slides to your Microsoft PowerPoint presentation. To add photo slides using PhotoShow:
1. Open a presentation file to which you want to add photo slides.
2. Select Tools à PhotoShow to display the Make Slides from Pictures dialog box as shown in the following figure:

3. Click the Select Your Picture Files button to open the Select Your Picture Files dialog box.
4. Select the picture files that you want to import as slides and click the Open button to return to the Make Slides from Pictures dialog box.
5. Click the OK button to import the selected picture files as slides.
